1. General Booking Conditions

Inquiry submissions through our website are confirmed once our team verifies availability and contacts you via WhatsApp, email, or phone. A formal confirmation reference is provided for all valid reservations.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

Standard check-in time is from 14:00 (2:00 PM) and check-out time is until 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability.

3. House Rules & Safety

To preserve our peaceful atmosphere, guests are requested to respect quiet hours between 22:00 (10:00 PM) and 06:00 (6:00 AM). Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the bedrooms but permitted in designated outdoor garden areas.

4. Payment Terms

Accommodation payments are accepted in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) or equivalent major foreign currencies (USD, EUR, GBP) upon arrival unless prior deposit terms were agreed upon.
