Standard check-in is from 14:00 (2:00 PM) and check-out is until 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can often be accommodated free of charge upon request, depending on room availability.

Our rates are:\n• Single A/C Bedroom: Rs. 3,000 / night (2 guests)\n• Single Non-A/C Bedroom: Rs. 2,000 / night (2 guests)\n• Entire Holiday Home (up to 8 guests): Rs. 10,000 / night\n• Entire Holiday Home (8 to 12 guests): Rs. 15,000 / night

We currently accept cash (Sri Lankan Rupees, USD, EUR, GBP) upon arrival. Bank transfers are also accepted for advance deposits. Credit card online payments will be added soon.

We are located in Idigaswewa, just ~3.5 km (around 8 minutes by tuk-tuk or car) from Sigiriya Lion Rock Fortress and ~4.2 km (around 10 minutes) from Pidurangala Rock.

Yes, we have secure, free on-site parking inside our gated premises for cars, vans, safari jeeps, bicycles, and tuk-tuks.

Breeze Haven features 2 sparkling clean common bathrooms equipped with modern hot water showers and flush toilets for the holiday home. There are no attached bathrooms in the individual bedrooms, keeping our rates exceptionally affordable, clean, and transparent.

Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available for all our guests in the bedrooms and on the outdoor garden veranda.

Yes, our friendly host Mr. Chaminda will happily help arrange trusted local tuk-tuk drivers for sunrise rock climbs, 4x4 Minneriya elephant safaris, or transfers to/from Colombo or Kandy at fair local rates.
