1. Flexible Cancellation

We understand that travel itineraries can change unexpectedly. For direct bookings, guests may cancel or modify their reservation free of charge up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date.

2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or failure to arrive without prior notification may be subject to a one-night cancellation fee if peak seasonal dates apply.
